Licence and attribution
Using the books you make
Every book you download comes with a licence for your family and for the children you teach. Pay once for the pages; there is no charge per copy or per child.
You can
- Print it and photocopy it as many times as you need, for your own children or for the children you teach: all your classes, groups and lessons, this year and the next.
- Use it at school, at home, and in the clubs, tutoring and therapy sessions you lead.
- Send pages home with your pupils, or share them with their families in your class's private online space.
You can't
- Sell or give away the PDF or its pages, on their own or inside another product.
- Post it where anyone can download it, such as a public website or a file-sharing group.
- Pass it to other teachers for their classes. Each teacher makes their own book.
The free preview carries a watermark. Paying removes it and gives you this licence for the book you downloaded. Selling printed books, or using the pages in something you sell, needs a different licence and is not included in the price.
The pictures and fonts
The pictures and fonts the pages are drawn with are openly licensed. Four of the 11 picture sets ask for credit where its artwork is shared. This page lists exactly which, and gives you a credits line for a page you share beyond your class, for example on a school website.
This is a plain summary, not legal advice. The linked licences are the authority. If you are publishing at scale, read them.
Please credit these
Creative Commons Attribution licences let you use, change and sell the artwork, on the condition that you credit the creator. A credits line on the inside cover or the last page is the usual way to do it.

Fonts
Text on your pages is converted to outlines before it is drawn, so no font is embedded in the PDF you download and no font licence travels with your book.

What you make is yours
The puzzles themselves — the mazes, grids, word searches and layouts — are generated for you and carry no restriction from us. Sell the books, hand them out, put them on a website. The only obligations are the attribution ones above, and they come from the artwork, not from this app.
